What Type of Home Care are You Eligible for?

To be quality for CDS, you must:

1. Be eligible for Missouri Medicaid/MO HealthNet. Requirements include:

• Net household income of less than $885/month if single or widowed
• Net household income of less than $1,198/month if married
• Own assets worth less than $2,000 if single
• Own assets worth less than $4,000 if married

1. Be disabled and capable of making decisions regarding both your health care and your responsibilities as an employer.
2. Be over 18 years of age.
3. Score at least 24 points on a needs assessment performed by DSDS.
4. If you earn more than the income limit to be eligible, you may still qualify through a spend down, like a tax-deductible.
